As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and a licensed Addictions Counselor, I have had the privilege of supporting many individuals , couples and families find healing in their journey. 

I use Acceptance and Committment Therapy to support folks in identifying patterns that are keeping them stuck and might be reinforcing pain. I support folks in learning alternative ways to navigate pain in order to reconnect to things that make life more rich and meaningful. Through this process, I have witnessed many reclaim their passions, their lives and their relationships and look forward to doing the same with you and yours.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples. My specialties include substance use, mood, anxiety and eating disorders. I use evidence based practices and look to assist my clients in improving their quality of life.

Hello! I have been supporting individuals, couples, and families - in a variety of therapeutic roles and settings - since 2005. I currently practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I often support folks struggling with their mood, compulsive/unhelpful behaviors, identity development (including sexuality and gender), grief/loss, creating and/or maintaining satisfying relationships, and life stress/transitions. 

I am dedicated to creating an authentic therapeutic space that is safe, kind, and welcoming to all of who you are and all of what you bring with you. I have specific training in evidenced-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and DBT. All of these approaches aim to identify and expand the skills, strengths, and resources you already have to move you toward what matters to you most.
